Terms of service
These terms apply to VETTA FANS, VETTA TABLES, and VETTA BRANDS.
The service
VETTA FANS provides a creator directory, VETTA TABLES is a city-based restaurant discovery product, and VETTA BRANDS is a Spain/EU company ranking. Sponsored placement never represents an objective quality recommendation.
Free profile and restaurant intake creates no charge. Public sponsored payments remain disabled until Stripe, signed webhooks, tax settings, and the legal operator details are complete.
Authority and accuracy
A person submitting a profile confirms that they control the listed social accounts and may use the name, handles, photo, biography, metrics, and rates provided. VETTA may require a platform connection or documented manual review.
Creators are responsible for accurate rates, advertising disclosures, platform compliance, deliverables, contracts, rights, and taxes. Brands must independently assess fit and agree campaign terms directly.
Sponsored placement
Sponsored placement is priced in euros. The server calculates the exact amount for the selected position; a buyer cannot enter an arbitrary bid. Stripe handles card and billing information.
Checkout expires after thirty minutes. Placement changes only after a signed payment confirmation, and another confirmed payment may change the final order.
Liability and operator
VETTA may suspend content for safety, policy, legal, or integrity reasons. To the extent permitted by law, direct liability for a paid placement is limited to the amount paid for that affected placement.
The operator identity, tax number, address, and governing-law details must be completed before public charging is enabled. Version: 21 August 2026.
