Terms of service
These terms apply to VETTA FANS, VETTA TABLES, and VETTA BRANDS.
The service
VETTA FANS provides a public sponsored creator leaderboard, VETTA TABLES is a city-based restaurant discovery product, and VETTA BRANDS is a company ranking. Sponsored placement never represents an objective quality recommendation.
VETTA FANS accepts one-time sponsored payments. VETTA TABLES and VETTA BRANDS remain informational until their separate payment launches are enabled.
Authority and accuracy
A person submitting a profile confirms that the Instagram, TikTok, X, or LinkedIn links identify the intended creator. Only those public profile links are accepted; chat, invite, affiliate, referral, and tracking links are not accepted. Query parameters are ignored. Creators and rights holders may request correction or removal through Contact.
The sponsored position does not imply that the listed creator purchased, requested, controls, or endorses it. Submitters remain responsible for the accuracy of the submitted links.
Sponsored placement
VETTA FANS placement is priced in US dollars. A supporter chooses any one-time amount from $2 to $50,000; quick amounts and pass suggestions are optional. The full chosen amount is added to the profile's confirmed category total. Stripe handles card information.
Checkout expires after thirty minutes. Placement changes only after a signed payment confirmation, and another confirmed payment may change the order.
Payment authorization and disputes
By completing checkout, the buyer confirms that they reviewed the submitted profile links, category, amount, rules, and refund policy and authorizes the one-time payment.
For a billing issue, contact support@vetta.fans or use Contact before initiating a dispute or chargeback. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability and operator
VETTA may suspend content for safety, policy, legal, or integrity reasons. To the extent permitted by law, direct liability for a paid placement is limited to the amount paid for that affected placement.
