Privacy
VETTA collects the minimum data needed to operate its three products, verify submissions, publish rates, and prevent abuse.
Data we process
Creator submissions may include display name, email, location, niche, biography, Instagram, TikTok, and X handles, and creator-confirmed rates. Restaurant applications may include operator contact, public website, cuisine, area, booking system, and optional test budget. Company submissions may include business identity, domain, category, location, contact, and sponsored-position intent.
After an official creator connection, VETTA stores the approved platform identifier, handle, profile link, photo URL, public metrics, verification state, and a dated metric snapshot. OAuth access tokens are used for the connection and are not retained by VETTA after the import.
Stripe processes payment-card and billing details; VETTA does not store card data. Basic pseudonymous request data may be used for security, rate limiting, and aggregate measurement.
Purposes and retention
We use data to verify account control, publish creator cards, process placement, prevent fraud, moderate content, send transactional messages, and meet legal duties.
Unconverted applications are reviewed for deletion or anonymization after 12 months. Accounting records are retained for the legally required period; aggregate marketplace history may be retained while the service operates.
Providers and rights
VETTA may use Cloudflare/Sites for hosting, Instagram, TikTok, and X for authorized profile data, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and DataFast for cookieless analytics when configured.
Use Contact to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. The operator identity and contact address will be displayed here before paid placement is enabled.
