Free verification requests carry no charge. Sponsored placement begins when confirmed payment changes the line.
Before payment
A free profile or unconverted placement request may be withdrawn before checkout is completed without a fee.
Confirmed placement
Once a signed payment confirmation publishes sponsored placement, the service starts immediately and is normally non-refundable, except for a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or material failure attributable to VETTA. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Requesting a review
Use Contact with the purchase email, creator handle, date, and payment identifier. We aim to give an initial response within five business days.
