We verify the public website, operator contact, booking destination, and market before publication. We do not create fictional listings, reviews, availability, demand, offers, or bids.
New York first, Miami next
New York is the first operating market. Miami remains a founding waitlist until the New York pilot has enough verified restaurant and diner activity.
Tonight must be bookable
A Tonight opening must link to a real booking option controlled by the restaurant or its approved provider. Availability may change and must be confirmed on that destination.
The Battle is advertising
Battle positions are sponsored and clearly labeled. The confirmed paid total determines order inside one city market. Higher spend may place a restaurant higher, but it does not prove food quality, safety, popularity, or value.
Free profile, paid position
A verified restaurant profile and its approved booking link can be published without payment. Payment buys sponsored placement only. The server calculates the move-up price and the line changes only after a signed Stripe confirmation.
Measured visits and exits
We count restaurant profile visits and outbound booking or website clicks with pseudonymous identifiers, known-bot filtering, and short duplicate windows. A booking click is intent, not proof of a completed reservation or seated diner.
No charge during intake
The founding application records an optional maximum test budget; it does not create checkout, reserve placement, or charge a card.
Operator responsibility
Restaurants remain responsible for menus, allergens, pricing, reservations, consumer disclosures, taxes, and local compliance. Diners should confirm details with the restaurant.
